NEW WINTER CLASSES

Two new classes join our schedule on Wednesday November 16th...just in time to help stave off those extra holiday pounds.  6am Ballet Barre with Amy is a heart-pounding, wake-it-up shake-it-up workout to keep you motivated through that midweek slump and the 9am Reformer is a toning, strengthening and stretching hour just for you.  Keep your sanity this holiday season!  Keep working out!  Stay tuned for upcoming information about our New Year's 10 Day Challenge...
