NEW BALLET BARRE class is on the schedule - Thursdays at 9:30am with Katrina. Based on traditional Ballet Barre work with a heavy dose of Cardio and upper body toning thrown in for balance, this music-driven class is so much FUN! The class is designed to strengthen your muscles from shoulders to toes and create a beautiful "dancer's" body. Lots of emphasis on butt tightening and thigh whittling exercises, and of course, plenty of abs. Each class ends with a relaxing stretch series and sends you out the door feeling light on your feet, strong and tall.
