Come check out our new GROUP FITNESS MIX on Monday mornings at 5am with Cara.  This class is a fun mix of Ball work, Ballet Barre, Pilates Mat, stretching and TRX.  This class has it all - everything except YOU!  Class begins February 27 - call to save your spot.

NEW BALLET BARRE class getting ready to pop onto the schedule -  Thursdays at 9:30am with Katrina. Based on traditional Ballet Barre work with a heavy dose of Cardio and upper body toning thrown in for balance, this music-driven class is so much FUN! The class is designed to strengthen your muscles from shoulders to toes and create a beautiful "dancer's" body. Lots of emphasis on butt tightening and thigh whittling exercises, and of course, plenty of abs. Each class ends with a relaxing stretch series and sends you out the door feeling light on your feet, strong and tall.
